Guided Audios
Guided Audio Library
Welcome. These guided recordings are designed to help you slow down, reconnect with yourself, and develop practical skills you can use both during and between therapy sessions. Whether you're feeling anxious, emotionally overwhelmed, disconnected, or simply need a moment to reset, these exercises provide a safe place to pause and care for your mind and body.
Inside this collection, you'll find guided exercises for:
-
Anxiety relief to help calm your nervous system and regain a sense of stability.
- Finding compassion to help you discover that compassionate voice that may be difficult to reach at times.
-
Checking in with different parts of yourself to build self-awareness, self-compassion, and a deeper understanding of your internal experiences.
-
Somatic exercises that use your body's natural ability to regulate stress, release tension, and return to the present moment.
-
Grounding and mindfulness practices to help you reconnect with the here and now when life feels overwhelming.
There is no "right" way to experience these recordings. Some days you may notice an immediate sense of calm, while other days you may simply become more aware of what you're feeling. Both are valuable. Healing often begins with noticing.
As you listen, allow yourself to approach each exercise with curiosity rather than judgment. If an exercise doesn't feel helpful in the moment, simply pause and return to it another time. These recordings are tools to support your growth—not tests to pass.
Find a comfortable position, allow yourself a few slow breaths, and give yourself permission to be fully present. Your nervous system is capable of healing, and with practice, these skills can become resources you carry with you wherever you go.
